Delivery

Since we sell digital files, there is no physical shipment involved. After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for the digital PDF files. We strive to process your order and make the files available as quickly as possible. Usually, you will receive the download link immediately after payment, but no later than within 3 business days.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds once the download link has been sent and the file has been accessed or downloaded. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to waive your right to a return, unless the file you receive is defective.

Defective File

If you experience any issues with downloading or accessing your purchased file, or if the file is corrupted, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. We will work to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or assisting you with accessing the content.

To report a defective file, please send an email to info@wereldburgerschap.community, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
